What joining our team looks like! 

 

       We are Health Equity Staffing. We are a healthcare staffing firm that specialize in staffing facilities with (non licensed) caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. We staff long term care facilities (i.e. nursing homes and assisted living). Facilities tell us what they need and we bring that staff to them. Our contracts with facilities vary. Our options give you a ton of flexibility.  We cater to the facilities but we also cater to you!

       We have 2 options.  We can match you directly with a facility or we can add you to our “availability pool.”  Facilities will let us know what shifts they need filled right away and we will provide them with a list of people we have available in that area.  You will be notified when there’s a facility needing your help right away and you can choose to accept or decline.  We are continuously building and adding facilities in your area.  We are focused in and around the San Francisco Bay area but are expanding throughout the .
